Increased demand during a severe pandemic could exceed the capacities of Internet providers' access networks for residential users and interfere with teleworkers in the securities market and other sectors.</p></blockquote>
<p>How much taxpayer money did it take to create this 77 page report? There is no way that this should be a concern of our government.</p>
